Come join our Guest Services team today!We offer FULL TIME, PART TIME & CONTRACT work arrangements for this roleAbout the role:In this role you will be responsible for delivering a happy guest experience and driving sales. Every day is different as your schedule will offer variety in your role working in different parts of the attraction from admissions to the gift shop.Duties include:

• Welcome guests at the entry and process ticket sales
• Stock up products in the gift shop and sales counters
• Assist guests with taking snapshots and answering questions about the displays
• Actively upsell souvenirs and tickets to all experiences
• Operate and monitor interactive experiences including the 4D cinema show, boat ride and F1-themed VR game*
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all health & safety procedures
