Key Responsibilities

Department Goals:

  • To equipment all staff under SATS Passenger Services with the necessary skills to provide the best possible customer experience in Changi Airport.
  • Actively re-design the training structure and course content to meet the dynamic needs of SATS Passenger Services more effectively.

Job Role:
  • Review existing training curriculum and materials for Passenger Services, and establish opportunities to enhance learning in the aviation industry when possible
  • Identify gaps in both soft and hard skills of Passenger Services staff, and develop plans to address such lapses
  • Manage audits by airlines, authorities and other external agencies from time to time
  • Liaise with internal business units on training schedule planning and administrative matters
  • Identify and track the effectiveness of training, implement suggestions for improvement across training programs
  • Research on opportunities and work with external stakeholders on proposals and/or implementation of plans to incorporate technology into training
  • Occasionally facilitate in-person or online learning program
  • Any other role that may be assigned by the Department Head

Key Requirements

  • University degree or relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Proactive, agile and adaptable team player
  • Good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel will be an advantage
