Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • To build a technically strong workforce and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • To plan the annual training curriculum for the training and development of all staff with relevant skills & knowledge.
  • To administer Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps, propose learning programs and work with external training providers or internal trainers to create contents internally to address the skills gaps in the organisation.
  • To support and facilitate in-house training programs for staff.
  • To design, develop and direct training & certification programs to be rolled out in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • To identify and modify training resources to meet the needs of the company including creating, editing and proofreading training materials.
  • To review and update training policies where necessary to ensure their relevance and optimize training processes regularly.
  • To provide support in the administration of staff training processes including crafting training agreements.
  • To maintain training records, post-course review and training programs evaluation.
  • To provide support in staff training audit documentation requirements.
  • To support the maintenance of training assets and ensure smooth operations of training facilities.
  • To consolidate and submit Quarterly Business Report (QBR) HRD.
  • Able hold training for staff at office and operation level.
Requirements
  • Diploma and above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of human resources experience particularly in a training & development role, preferably from a manufacturing or similar environment with a passion for people management and involvement in direct operations preferred.
  • Clear and concise communicator.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to facilitate programs in an engaging manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Research skills, with the ability to condense and present information in a user-friendly manner.
  • Strong analytical skills.
