Executive Pastry Chef
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA Standards. Prepare and cook dishes in the menu according to the restaurant\'s standards of quality, recipe, consistency and timelines. Ensure all equipments are cleaned and kept properly. Track the inventory of the kitchen and food supplies. Work closely and cooperate with other staff in order to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items. Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirement
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Can make various Chinese and Western breads and pastries Able to speak and write english and chinese\xe8\x83\xbd\xe8\xaf\xbb\xe5\x86\x99\xe4\xb8\xad\xe8\x8b\xb1\xe6\x96\x87 Able to work on wendend and PH. start to work on early morning on 2:00am(Transportation expenses are borne by oneself\xef\xbc\x89 If there is an emergency after get off work, you need to come back to deal with it Preferably Certificate in baking Good kitchen experience Knowledge of French or Western cuisine a distinct advantage Good initiative and able to multi-task Good team player and positive working attitude
