Job Scope: The incumbent needs to be meticulous in record keeping & follow up perceptive in thoughts and with a resilient disposition independent in work approaches after congruent decision with team lead. Ensure all relevant applications to authorities (Customs and LTA) are processed timely and accurately Ensure smooth running and profound coordination of all logistical & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes Monitor and inform relevant stakeholders of inward shipment information Coordination of logistical movements of vehicles between relevant stakeholders after arrival in Singapore Validate invoices from relevant functional teams to ensure correct invoicing values Verify invoices from vendors for appropriate approval Coordinate annual stock take with service provider and functional teams Support General Manager in the coordination and administration of Sales Training arrangement And any other reasonable assigned tasks. Qualifications: Diploma from recognized institution relevant to the scope of job requirement e.g. in logistics business administration Minimum 3 years track record and relevant work experience in diverse fast paced environment Deep knowledge of administrative/ operations work at different stakeholders especially statutory bodies. Proficient in administration & logistical domains Independent, Process driven, Keen eye to details and follow up Positive mindset and excellent team player Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required Good communication skills in both written and spoken.
