Support the formulation, implementation and review of People Development policies, systems, frameworks and processes
Support Go-Live related projects for instance, in liaising with stakeholders on Learning Needs Analysis, preparation of training facilities etc
Liaise with trainers/facilitators/training vendors, course owners in the preparation of training materials, attendance list, venue logistics, post-training evaluations as well as follow-up learning actions
Provide coordination, logistics and administrative support for implementation of learning plans, initiatives and programmes, including consolidation of training nominations
Update of training databases and records
Compile and prepare learning statistics, evaluation results etc. for management reporting
Any other administrative tasks as assigned by RO and ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
University Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Some administrative and secretariat experience would be an added advantage
