Opportunities
You will assist the Director, People Development to manage the development and implementation of the spectrum of learning administration, initiatives and programs for the organisation, particularly for In-service Scholarships and Scholarships Management. You will plan, develop, market, implement and track development programs to enhance the skill level of employees and their development paths, across various learning modalities. You will also be involved in learning facilitation as well as in new learning projects to future-proof the workforce through new learning andragogies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, human resource development, instructional technology, executive coaching or a related field required.
1 to 3 years of training and development experience required. Experience with administration and budget management for the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH), would be a strong advantage.
ACTA Certified and/or other credentials are preferred.
Public and motivational speaking ability is a must.
Prior experience in the multifamily industry is a plus.
