  • Formulating policies and regulations to realise place-making and place management objectives, and create better and more successful places and precincts; \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitating and supporting stakeholders in implementing their plans on the ground to achieve the desired outcomes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the efficacy and efficiency of the policies and regulations and reviewing them as needed; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertaking other tasks that encompasses to varying extent the following: o Stakeholder engagement and community outreach; o Event/project planning and organization; o Capability and industry development; and o Contract management and leasing.

  • A growth mindset, an open mind and grit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical ability and meticulous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, especially in influencing people across organisational boundaries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good degree in law, social science, business, building and real estate or related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in policy planning and formulation would be advantageous.
