Our program centres primarily are located in Marine Parade, Mountbatten, Telok Blangah, Kreta Ayer, Agape Village @ Toa Payoh and Yishun. DESIGNATION : Executive, Procurement and Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
Montfort Care is looking to hire an Executive responsible to manage full spectrum of procurement operations, and ensure the processes are in accordance with procurement strategies, policy and procedures. Key Role Descriptions/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement appropriate procurement strategies for the organisation, and be involved in the sourcing, invitation and monitoring the timeline for evaluation of suppliers\' submissions
  • Develop the procurement policy and work processes with efficiency and controls in mind, and conduct periodical reviews to ensure its relevance to the organisation and regulations
  • Support and manage the day-to-day procurement support, annual bulk contracts tender, analysis spend pattern, review approved vendors list, audits and etc
  • Advise end users on all procurement matters, and provide expertise and analysis to management on procurement matters and compliance with strategies, procurement policies and procedures and regulations
  • Ensure end users\' compliance with strategies, procurement policies and procedures and regulations
  • Ensure there is segregation of duties from approving the purchase up to the award by the appropriate approving authority
  • Act as the point of contact between suppliers and users\' division/department to handle all queries and clarifications to ensure a fair and transparent process
  • Provide full spectrum of the procurement and contract administration services for the goods and/or services contracts required by the organisation
  • Work closely and collaborate with internal divisions/departments such as Transformation & Operations, Governance, Risk and Compliance to identify potential opportunities for sourcing and process efficiencies, benchmarks and alignment, and improvements
  • Any other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably in procurement or supply chain (CIPS certified)


OTHER INFORMATION
  • Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the scope of work described would be preferred
  • Customer-centric, responsive to stakeholders and has strong sense of urgency
  • Well versed with strategic sourcing and purchasing processes
  • Involved in sourcing and procurement operations management, driving successful process improvement and system implementation
  • Able to work independently and proactively resolve issues within established parameters
  • Advantageous with prior experience in non-profit organisation
