The Singapore Flying College, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, invites applications to fill the above position.





Responsibilities include:




Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of SFC's training service agreements and contracts with customers and service providers. Support the procurement of goods and services to facilitate training and office operations. Assist in evaluating service providers and preparing recommendations for selection and operational improvements. Support the maintenance of vendor and customer relationships, including contract administration and compliance with procurement policies. Maintain accurate procurement and contract records and ensure proper documentation. Provide administrative support in managing training and office facilities. Assist in matters related to regulatory requirements and workplace safety for the office premises and environment.



Qualifications:




Diploma/Degree in Business Administration is preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.



Experience:




Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations. Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation of contracts is essential. Candidates with exposure to aviation or training industries will have an added advantage.
