The Executive - Procurement supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures. He/she performs forecasting, material planning and procurement functions in line with regulatory requirements, company's Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance (ESG) guidelines and policies and supports vendor management based on established supplier selection processes and criteria. With a clear understanding of customers' needs and expectations, the Executive - Procurement enhances service quality by identifying and recommending innovations to improve work processes and systems. He/she will support the implementation of technologies and leverage on data analytics to enable efficient green procurement operations.
He/she should possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes. He/she is also expected to engage in training and performance improvement opportunities to meet individual and business key performance indicators.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs in accordance to company's ESG guidelines and policies.
Continuous review and leverage on the e-procurement systems to streamline the supplier selection process, improve compliance and strengthen risk management in accordance with company's ESG guidelines and policies.
Verify inventory needs by gathering inventory-related information from customers to determine customer requirements.
Address customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues in support of company's supply chain operations.
Engage in On-Job Training (OJT) and performance improvement opportunities.
Identify trends and patterns in business performance data using basic data analytics tools.
Support implementation of safety, health and corporate governance standards and procedures.
File electronic and hardcopy documents according to standard procedures and requirements.
Job Requirements

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Fresh Degree holders - Bachelor's Degree in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional qualifications
Diploma (with minimum relevant working experience in procurement and purchasing of 2 years)
* 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred
