What you will be working on:Procurement Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute procurement transactional tasks such as year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with audit matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate system reports and provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet. Collaboration and Communication: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations. Administrative Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.What we are looking for:Technical Proficiency: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with GeBiz and Tableau is advantageous. Interpersonal Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player with good planning ability and attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate effectively, both in written and spoken. Experience and Knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in public sector procurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
