Responsibilities: * Assist in merchandise developments, sampling and obtaining approval in a timely manner. * Liaise with Consignment Vendors on products and billing. * Handle product launches at stores and accurate sales reporting. * Sup Responsibilities: Assist in merchandise developments, sampling and obtaining approval in a timely manner. Support the Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through objectives. Report efficiently on quantitative and qualitative aspects and key data of the business. Develop exclusive merchandise for various categories and take ownership of the buy plan. Develop knowledge of the markets, gather and provide market information and comments on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviour, customer needs, trends, and competition. Work with the Visual Merchandising Department / Store Projects Department on the in-store display policy. Assist SM/Retail on inventory holdings/ageing management and depletion planning. Warehousing and stocktaking management and reporting. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in the field of merchandising, retail management or relevant business studies preferred. Relevant experience in retail administration, inventory management and vendor management. Candidates with no experience but have an education background in the field of merchandising and retail management will be considered. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Good communication and negotiation skills and research ability. Possess a positive work attitude and the ability to work independently. Good organizational and planning skills.
