The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Executive (Programme Management) at the Department of Social Work, NUS. The candidate will provide curriculum support for Undergraduate coursework programme, exam matters and general office administration.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer the Undergraduate programme processes, including timetabling, scheduling, module registration and enrolment, appeals management, updating of teaching records and transfers, classroom management matters
• Follow up on the paper work for submission and approvals for changes to undergraduate modules, curriculum and co-ordination for management approvals.
• Handle the examination processes including question paper submissions, examination results processing and reports preparation for various examination meetings.
• Administer the disbursement of awards and scholarships from nomination to award release.
• Co-ordinate and support matters relating to module registration for Student Exchange Programme (SEP)
• Provide logistic support for classes, tutorials and talks i.e. booking of venues, scheduling, catering and events management requirements
• General Office administration I,e, payment processing, procurement, and facilities maintenance
• Servicing students\' enquiries
• Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager / Head of Department as and when required

Qualifications

A good Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2 - 4 years of professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong networking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
