Description: Job Req ID: 14673 Responsibilities

Prepare manpower clocking reports, with analysis to explain the trends, abnormities etc.
Prepare Projects\xe2\x80\x99 P&L and Balance Sheet for Project Managers (PMs) & senior management.
Prepare Products\xe2\x80\x99 P&L and Balance Sheet for Product Directors (PDs) & senior management.
Using data analytics or data visualization tools to analyse & summarise data into useful information for decision making.
Attend project meetings to resolve issues and for project updates.
Lead improvements in processes and reporting, and to implement cost controls to improve project performance and profitability.
Involve in monthly sales forecast with PMs/PDs for submission to Finance monthly.
Involve in quarterly project budgeting exercises.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business or Accountancy & Finance or Engineering or Big Data & Analytics
Good knowledge of Defence Industry will be an added advantage
Qualification in project management or equivalent will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
Attention to detail, Logical, problem solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding and knowledge in finance concepts
Expect an exciting multi-tasking environment
