The key objective of the Project Finance Administrator is to administer, plan, consolidate and report the financial operations of our Singapore entity. He or she ensures the proper coordination, implementation, and monitoring of financial activities to monitor & maintain the performance of all project operations executed from Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration, procurement, and logistics support for all project operations.
Provide payroll, expense, travel, provident fund, balance sheet entries and consolidation of project financial statements.
Submits all government, audit, and regulatory documentation such as IRAS, WSQ, MOM, etc.
Review contracts to determine the documentation requirements and coordinates with the respective service providers including compliance to and fulfilment of contractual technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions.
Upfront participation with sales team in project proposal stage.
Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers throughout the execution phases of projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-4 years\' experience as project administrator or finance role in project delivery organizations.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to learn new reporting formats quickly.
Flexibility to support executives during off-hours when necessary.
Mature, self-motivated, and service oriented.
