Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.Responsibilities:Handle and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasersPlan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s propertiesSupervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation worksMaintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanlinessManage and attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests in a timely mannerPromote good relations with our partners and tenantsPart of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. SIC, ERT and First Aider)Perform any other duties as assigned by the managerRequirement:Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)Possess Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification will be added advantageWSQ Trained in SIC and ERT will be added advantageMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceA self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsBenefits
