Handles renewal of term contracts, service vendors and up-keeping of contractual information. . Handles tenants' feedbacks. . Prepares daily updates, weekly monitoring report and monthly management report. . Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager from time to time. Job Requirements . Minimum Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people . Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in facilities or property management. . Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad, Good technical knowledge and experience in Facility Management. . 5 Days Working Week. . Able to work independently. . Work Location: West
