Assist to achieve student targets set for the Recruitment and Partnerships Division by providing in office support to the recruitment and partnerships group.
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Handle enquiries and support the conversion process of applications not limiting to ad hoc phone enquiries, email, walk-in and other enquiries received from individual markets (including from agents)
\xc2\xb7 Maintain the enrolment record sheet for the Commonwealth of Independent States marketing region and provide management reports on the performance of individual markets and provide ad-hoc reports as required
\xc2\xb7 Plan, execute and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned
\xc2\xb7 Arrange for student passes to be issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority
\xc2\xb7 Provide clerical, administrative and marketing support
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with JCU Singapore\'s appointed agents and maintain the approved agent list
\xc2\xb7 Ensure the compliance to EduTrust in the recruitment activities performed
Key selection criteria
\xc2\xb7 Undergraduate degree or polytechnic diploma with 2 years\' relevant experience
\xc2\xb7 Experience at tasks which are methodical and require high accuracy
\xc2\xb7 Experience in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
\xc2\xb7 Work as a team member supporting other team members, especially in times of high workload
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a diligent, organized, proactive and methodical manner
\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse and interpret information against a given set of criteria
