Job Purpose To support RSU core functions in Grant Management and Research Administration. 1. Generate research metrics for P&C, annual review, RHL, P&T, and benchmarking. 2. Update research publications, media mentions and award Job Purpose To support RSU core functions in Grant Management and Research Administration. 1. Generate research metrics for P&C, annual review, RHL, P&T, and benchmarking. 2. Update research publications, media mentions and awards (review FM minutesand MAP). 3. Work with faculty & RCs on publication list, and NUS Library on Scholar Bank. 4. Facilitate procurement process and invoices between PIs and BTCProcurement/BTC Finance. 5. Manage RSU one-stop centre and liaise with TLSC on research content in School'swebsite. 6. Support breakfast club. 7. Take charge of publication cabinet and interactive display. 8. Produce periodic reports/slides for SC, GB, NUS, Govt Agencies etc. as well asfaculty meeting/retreat. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Economics/Arts with 2 years of working experience 2. Preferably possess prior experience in Research Administration/Metrics 3. Has a good command of English (written and spoken) 4. Competent in MS Office particularly Excel 5. Is meticulous with an eye for details 6.
