JOB DESCRIPTION CTES Consulting is expanding our team and is seeking a strong candidate for a new role in our Executive Search division. As an Executive Researcher for the recruitment division, you will work closely with our Executive Recruiters to identify potential candidates in Singapore and across the region for executive search assignments based on the scope of position and appropriate list of target companies.

The requirements of the role include:

  • Strategically develop qualitative recruitment research for senior-level roles by conducting internet research; direct sourcing; utilizing industry directories, CV databases, associations, job advertisements and networking
  • Compile a target list of companies that employ similar positions for which a company is hiring
  • Conduct research of companies on the \xe2\x80\x9ctarget list\xe2\x80\x9d to locate names, titles, and contact details of individuals in positions similar to which they are recruiting for and to create a \xe2\x80\x9cpipeline\xe2\x80\x9d of potential candidates for future openings
  • Conduct basic screens on potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation (as appropriate/required)
  • Create, develop and provide the Executive Search Director with status reports containing names, titles, and contact details of potential candidates
  • Produce accurate and robust bios for key targets as required
  • Monitor industry trends and provides updates to the team on external companies and executive moves
  • Enter and maintain research in the candidate management database in real time
  • Provide presentation-quality market/corporate intelligence (i.e. organisational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, etc.) as needed
  • Track research deliverables using agreed metrics
  • Prepare recruitment status reports as needed
  • Maintain current, accurate research and data on a regular and consistent basis
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Min. 2 years\' of experience in a high-level research role, preferably having worked with executive search company or equivalent
  • Good analytical, problem solving skills, and creative resourceful thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to provide accurate information for all projects and presentations
  • Good time management skills and the ability to strategically prioritize multiple deadline-driven projects
  • Strong relationship skills and practical experience in a corporate environment
  • Organisational savvy necessary to understand business needs/structure
  • Analyse job descriptions and CVs to determine required qualification for appropriate research and research avenues/matches
  • Ability to source and pre-screen candidates through strong communication skills
