The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Job duties and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at retail outlets;\xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters;\xc2\xb7 Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;\xc2\xb7 Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up;\xc2\xb7 Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed;\xc2\xb7 Support and execute product launches and campaigns;\xc2\xb7 Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses);\xc2\xb7 Assist in periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability;\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities;\xc2\xb7 Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures;\xc2\xb7 Plan staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting; and\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \'N\'/\'O\' Level\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience\xc2\xb7 Prior retail supervisory experience preferred\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills\xc2\xb7 Able to commit on Weekends and Public HolidaysSpecialization : Retail
