This role is under KSL Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.

The RPA Engineer is responsible to support the Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) goals of business & operations excellence, design thinking and end-to-end delivery of agreed robotic processes. Candidate will need to have close interactions with business stakeholders or team lead to build and delivery RPA projects using UiPath RPA software or Robocorp software.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for processes and systems to be automated
• Contribute to the design and lead the development and testing of RPA scripts
• Develop software components in line with coding standard
• Adopt Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines
• Integrate new features of the RPA platform where applicable
• Identify ways to improve performance and robustness of RPA
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)
• Support regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
• Participant in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes

• A Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education
• Proven experience in delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment including school. Prior experience in RPA-related projects will be a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Python and other popular scripting or programming languages with ability to pick up new skills when required. Demonstrated strong practical experience in Python and RPA development platforms will be an added advantage.
• Experience in UiPath, Power Automation and Power App will be advantageous.
• Interest to learn both architecture and implementation-level software design
• Good academic track record in relevant fields (Computing, process-engineering or engineering) \xe2\x80\x93 or equivalent courses that exhibits training in logical and process-oriented thinking
• A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies
• Ability to work in a team and/or be an effective individual contributor
• Prior experience in the real estate/shipping/maritime industry will be advantage
