Handle HR practitioners\xe2\x80\x99 and/or customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, requests, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction to facilitate formulation of effective customer service strategies.
Recommend improvements and solutions to problems/issues raised for improvements
Preference for 1 to 2 years working experience, however entry- based diploma or GCE A level graduate are welcomed to apply
Working knowledge on SAP will be an advantage
