He or she will report to the Cluster Director, Sales.Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to managers, including assistance with paperwork- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, aligned with Companyxe2x80x99s direction and growth- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories- Solicit and develop new Accounts within the assigned market segment/s and/or territories- Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences- Present findings and recommendations of market research to Management to facilitate informed and timely decision-making- Input sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence into Customer Relationship Management software- Ensure prompt payment collection by facilitating communications between Finance, client and/or intermediaries- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Global Sales teams to maximise yield and market outreach- Maintain existing business accounts and develop new accounts through aggressive and creative sales and marketing programs- Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedBenefits
