Continuously drive digital adoption and deflection for organizational efficiency. Ensure all key account relationship developments and new opportunity pipeline are registered in system. Able to create Customer Segmentation and Key Account team mapping into Sales system. Manage and negotiate all aspects of the Tender processes and ensuring rates, terms & conditions comply to company requirements. Able to review and analyze tender result and handle on-boarding execution and articulate crucial changes to the Support team. Conduct regular contract & service performance reviews with customers and within internal stakeholders. Pre-emptive in providing solution for issues pertaining to shipments, space, freetime and rates discrepancy. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar field. Applicant with Regional Sales experience is preferred. Proficient in G-suite applications and MS Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Possess interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and professionalism. Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills. A team player who can work independently.
