Responsible for the achievement of turn over, the P&L and Debtor days of his/her Customers and Categories as well as for the implementation and the optimisation of the category strategies within the customer. To increase our brands portfolio sell-in by understanding customer portfolio and offerings, building excellent business relationships, managing the store ordering process and ensuring delivery in full and on time for all customer orders. Main Accountabilities Implementing the Customer Business Plan Executes the Go-To-Market Strategy to ensure Country Foods' outlet coverage and portfolio management Works closely with customers to implement the business plan for his/her respective categories Works in close collaboration with the IBP Category Leaders and Brand Development Managers for the category input, and with customer marketing & brand teams for the specific banner/channel plan Assists the KAM in developing and then implements the optimal integrated promo plan (including selling the plan @ the customer) and manage promo investments by ensuring all claims are completed in a timely manner. Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts set in the agreement Negotiation Closes the deal with the Customer by negotiating the tactical sales plan (including funding levels) and counterparts according to the Country Foods strategy on his/her categories Manages overall levels of Customer Investments for their category Monitors Customer Performance by tracking sales, customer contribution and market share for major categories. Plays active ambassador role Acts as active ambassador of Country Foods at the customer and for the customer at Country Foods Participates actively in internal Country Foods meetings, looking at the best solution for the business in trying to achieve win-win for his/her customer Everyday Great Execution In charge of executing all activations at store level Build excellent relationships at store level. Sell in promotions and negotiate introduction of new products Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands Implement the key account agreements and report on the gaps Check assortment and act on availability of our brands Negotiate new remodelling / opportunities at store level Check and act immediately on Out of Stock Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at outlets Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters Evaluate and report sales by SKU per outlet KEY REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years relevant Account Management / Field Sales experience with Tradition Trade, Distributor / Wholesaler management is preferable Experience in Food Industry is an advantage A results-driven team player with great commercial acumen to 'think outside the box' to drive improvement in company's business process. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation, analytical and organizational skills. Independent, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
