Description

Personal Lines Department focuses on insurance products for individuals such as Travel, Home, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper insurance and more. As a Personal Lines Ops and Compliance Executive, you will be working closely with the Manager to support operations and compliance matters in the Department. Areas of focus includes campaign support, performance of regulatory checks, internal audit for compliance, creation and maintenance of department standard operating procedures (SOPs) and handling procurement and contracts matters.

• Provide campaign support to Business Development Team (e.g., validate campaign results, perform checks on voucher and stock disbursement)
• Perform regulatory activities (anti-money laundering screening and escalate to stakeholders for action)
• Support Manager to streamline processes, create and maintain standard operating procedures for the department.
• Support Manager in compliance and audit matters (e.g., department CPD hours monitoring, underwriting audit)
• Support department for the onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Manage procurement and department contracts matters
• Undertake ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by your Manager

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• Meticulous in task execution and able to work with tight timelines
• Collaborates well in a team setting
