THE ROLE

Work with established portfolio of clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database and other job portals
Industry focus: IT & Telco, Commerce & Finance, Industrial & Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Life Sciences, Commodity, Oil & Gas, Shipping or Marine, Electronic, Retail and Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), Banking and Insurance.
Source candidates proactively and provide a true consultancy service with regards to vacancy and requirements.
Involved in the whole strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
Prepare contracts, proposals and presentations for clients
Manage both client\xe2\x80\x99s and candidate\xe2\x80\x99s expectations

REQUIREMENTS

Degree / Diploma with 3 to 15 year\'s recruitment experience OR direct exp from the industry with strong interest in recruitment;
FRESH graduate with outgoing personality are welcome to apply
Result oriented, outgoing personality and possess excellent communication skills
Comfortable in handing specialized roles in various industries
Proven track record in delivering sales revenue
