To learn more about us and our people, please go to www.bmes.com We are currently looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to be based in Singapore, covering the APAC Technology Industry. Your roles and responsibilities: Work closely with the dedicated research team at our Intelligence Center to identify profiles of top-level candidates in key geographies in Asia, across APAC or globally for retained searches with well-known MNC clients from the Technology industry. Initiate contact, assess and evaluate talent as per the client requirement thereby converting passive job seekers into active candidates. Conducting full assessments of candidates, compose assessment reports and make introductions to clients. Participate in interviews wherever possible. Updating interview feedback status with candidates while being professional and empathetic. Performing reference checks of selected candidates. Managing expectations of candidates when receiving successful offers through negotiations. Maintaining regular follow ups with your placed candidates. Identify business development opportunities by connecting with key decision makers from various industries across the globe Take complete ownership of the business brought in from Clients and handle project execution independently. Is that you: High level of professionalism At least 3 years of experience winning and executing Retained Searches in the Technology industry in Asia Pacific.
