Industry/Sector Focus: Energy, Chemical/Life Sciences, Technology, Consumer, Financial Services/HR/Legal Your responsibilities and tasks will include: Generate new business opportunities and new contacts in the banking sector Develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients/candidates by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the clients/candidates we are working with Drive the full recruitment cycle of client development, service delivery and key account management delivering revenue, profit and building your ongoing market knowledge, network and expertise Select candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and talent management Contribute to develop synergies with other Lincoln offices in Asia & Europe Coach Associate Consultants and/or Researchers.
