Provide secretarial support to the MD including screening of calls, scheduling of meetings and appointments, management of email correspondences, drafting of replies, attending to guests and visitors and preparation for meetings
Handling confidential documents and data for MD.
Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients or contact information for office.
Handle expenses claim, travel arrangement and calendar management for the MD
Handling administrative duties includes answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing, sorting and distribution of incoming calls and faxes, procurement and management of stationery and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and cleanliness of the office.
Handling HR functions etc. Arranging interview section, leave application, medical and hospitalization and employee insurance
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
At least 2 years of handling secretarial duties
Good attitude
Experience in handling HR will be an advantage
