Job Description

Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Executive Secretary to be part of their Secretarial Team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.



Duties of Executive Secretary:



Provide full administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence. Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings; track action items and ensure timely follow-up. Assist with project coordination, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Support office operations and facilities management, including vendor liaison, supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols. Coordinate onboarding for new hires and provide general office administration support. Organize internal events, team offsites, and leadership engagements.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in any field Min 2 years of secretarial experience in supporting C-suites Good communication and interpersonal skills
