What the role is:As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Administration, in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will provide operational and administrative support for Outdoor Adventure Learning (OAL) programmes. You will also work closely with external government agencies and internal MOE stakeholders to ensure that the programmes are well-managed.What you will be working on:

• Manage pre- and post-programme administration for OAL programmes including the handling of schools\' queries, preparation of e-registration resources for schools and generation of enrolment information and reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Track student enrolment, maintain databases, and provide support in data analysis and reports compilation for timely and accurate reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the review and digitisation of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in general administration, process reviews or data analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros) would be preferred In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
