Administration and management of fixed assets and its sighting and tagging, office equipment, management of keys, furniture, inventories, and updating of central computerized asset management system.
Preparation of invitation to quote/tender and related work in the procuring of office equipment, furniture, goods/services in compliance to procurement guidelines.
Perform the roles of Goods Receiving Officer for goods/services delivered.
On-site supervision of contractors and ensuring compliance with performance standards and timelines as per service contract e.g. performance of cleaning quality level
Carry out and support initiatives from Environmental Sustainability and Green movements involving staff, energy, water and waste management and liaison with authorities.
Administration of Resource Booking System, support events / visits and coordination
Operational support to building operation, office management and other related service contracts in accordance with the contracts and service level agreements.
Maintain proper documentation and records and in compliance to internal audit and procurement requirements.
Conduct audit check on Facilities Management Operations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all Facilities Management related operations and improvement works.
Be involved in any other projects / duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and across all levels within the organisation
