We welcome you to join our team as: EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE (1-YEAR CONTRACT)What you will be working on:Building Infrastructure section provides logistical support and general office administration services to all staff and tenants of the Family Justice Courts (FJC) Building. Besides the upkeep of the historic Building, there will be opportunities to be part of the transition from a historic monument with rich national heritage and an offsite space at MND Complex to a newly renovated conserved building. The section also ensures compliance with resource management requirements apart from ensuring facilities are always operational. Your duties include, but are not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration and management of fixed assets and its sighting and tagging, office equipment, management of keys, furniture, inventories in compliance with IM regulations and FJC guidelines and policies, and updating of central computerized asset management system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of invitation to quote/tender and related work in the procuring of office equipment, furniture, goods/services in compliance to procurement guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the roles of Goods Receiving Officer for goods/services delivered. \xe2\x80\xa2 On-site supervision of contractors and ensuring compliance with performance standards and timelines as per service contract e.g. performance of cleaning quality level \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out and support initiatives from Environmental Sustainability and Green movements involving staff, energy, water and waste management and liaison with authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of Resource Booking System, support events / visits and coordination \xe2\x80\xa2 Operational support to building operation, office management and other related service contracts in accordance with the contracts and service level agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper documentation and records according to ISO standards and in compliance to internal audit and procurement requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct audit check on Facilities Management Operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all Facilities Management related operations and improvement works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be involved in any other projects / duties as assigned from time to time.What we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in government agencies will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and across all levels within the organisation Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
