Executive/ Senior Executive (Research Coordination) (Hospital Setting)

The Challenges:

• Supporting Research Projects by tracking & monitoring of

• Project agreements and research collaborative agreements

• Research SOPs and regulatory requirements (Ensure research is in accordance to protocol)

• Reseach assests and their deployment

• Project grants and database (Maintainence and update)

• Medical articles and records related to research ( Audit purposes)

• Research fund disbursement

• Supporting related activities and programmes

• Administer funding to NHG Eye Institute

• Coordinate:

• Planning and crafting of research posts (Social Network)

• Administration and allocaion of research attachments (Liaise with various stakeholders)

• Support operations of various ophthalmology departments

• Administration, Finance related matters (Billing/Budgeting)

• Supporting of the International Ophthalmology Congress

• (Planning, conduct, budgeting and execution)
  

What it Takes:

• Bachelor Degree of Good Standing
• 5 years of relevant experience (Healthcare or clinical / academic research)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Great communication skills (Proficient in english; written and spoken)
• Team player, skilled in coordination and organisation
• Able to work independently and multi-task to handle various projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in research ethics and CITI program would be advantageous
