Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for the Office of Professional Affairs operations;
  • Facilitate evaluation for dispute resolution process in a timely and effective manner;
  • Handle enquiries, correspondences and follow ups with stakeholders proactively, professionally and expeditiously;
  • Record minutes of meetings accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Ensure website is well maintained and current;
  • Complete administrative tasks;
  • Complete ad hoc assignments in a timely manner and maintain responsibility and accountability for the projects assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Communication or equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration, preferably from the healthcare industry;
  • Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to prioritize work and follow through with an eye for detail
