Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.You will support the Shared Services Centre, Singapore team and will report to the team lead.Office Location:UBIX - 25 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408621ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining / automating processesPlan, design, and develop automations using tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Microsoft Power PlatformCollect, analyse and present data to demonstrate the impact of solutions recommendedTrack and monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments where necessaryAssist in the management of improvement initiativesAny other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (Recent graduate are welcome to apply)Proficient in automation tools such as Excel VBA, UiPath, and Power PlatformKnowledge of Workday and SAP accounting software is an advantageCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven and able to work independentlyThis is a 1-year contract position.Benefits
