Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is disciplined, meticulous and enjoys working in a team. Candidate should have an innovative spirit and be comfortable with learning new digital technologies. Prior experience working in EduTrust schools and / or in accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing student admissions
• Maintaining accurate student records and database in compliance with CPE EduTrust requirements
• Overseeing all student pass-related matters in the school
• Preparing and executing student contracts
• Co-ordinating student care services (e.g. counselling, health & wellness)
• Assisting in the provision of student support services in the school (e.g. facilities booking, equipment loan) and accommodation arrangements and on-arrival matters for international students
• Assisting in the administration of feedback surveys and compilation of survey data
• Supporting operational and corporate administration (e.g. office maintenance, filing of key documents)
• Supporting the supervisor in streamlining work processes across teams (e.g. finance, academics, recruitment)

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field
• Prior experience working in EduTrust schools and / or in accounts will be an advantage.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office or Google Documents and Sheets
