You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination to ensure that supplies are provided efficiently to the hospital: Responsible for inventory management and validating all material transactions assigned Identify discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to resolve related inventory errors between system and 3rd party logistics warehouses (3PL) and ensure CAPA are submitted timely Report the expired, damage and inventory loss in 3PL warehouses and submit for adjustment Compile and prepare inventory reports for all 3PL warehouses for management review Prepare monthly cycle count plan and annual stock taking Propose continuous improvement plans to mitigate discrepancies errors Requirements Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistic with minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact all levels of staff Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers Familiarization with SAP and MS Excel Prior experience in Warehouse operations, Material Planning and Inventory management will be an added advantage
