Executive /Senior Executive (Warehouse Operation)

We are seeking a self-driven, motivated, and independent Senior Executive/Executive join our Fast Fashion DC operations.
This role accountabilities on the fulfilment and distribution to local retail stores in Singapore. And in this role, he/she is required to lead, direct, manage and plan day to day activities to achieve operational objectives and completion targets/goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Nippon Express Singapore (NX) compliance, health, and safety policies.
Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer's volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores
Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
Decision making based on analytical data.
Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field
Experience in managing and leading a team required
Strong leadership skills -Ability to delegate work, follow up on the results and provide constructive, straightforward feedback
In-depth knowledge of key principles in operations.
A hands-on person with min. 2 years of supervisory experience and people management
Able to ideate and drive projects in fast-paced environment
Highly organised and able to multitask based on the needs in a fast-paced environment.
