We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive/Senior, Strategic Yield Management one of our global shipping clients. In this role, you'll drive innovative yield strategies, optimize revenue performance, and influence business direction. The incumbent should have proven expertise in container flow and trade management, advanced analytical and communication skills, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Shape and oversee commercial and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Establish clear performance metrics to track management priorities and identify emerging challenges.
• Design analytical KPIs to spot bottlenecks and unlock yield opportunities.
• Recommend and execute initiatives that enhance profitability while reducing costs.
• Lead yield improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maximize utilization of vessels and container equipment with a holistic optimization approach.
• Continuously elevate service offerings through data-driven insights and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Solid background in shipping, particularly container flow, trade management, marketing, sales, and network planning.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the container shipping industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and effective in meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
