Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Kids & Family & MTVE, Asia you will be a critical contributor to our success through high-impact work. This position entails formulating and executing social media strategies for the brand to align with business goals. Responsible for identifying social media trends, engaging audiences, and leveraging analytics around content and campaigns and the general performance of the channel. Creating and revisioning content, managing posts, and responding to followers to achieve our marketing goals.Responsibilities

• Review, publish and generate impactful content on all social media platforms. This includes areas such as writing and editing social media posts, growing fans/ followers engagement and supporting brand and social media campaigns.
• Produce, edit, distribute and share engaging content regularly (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Create and review social and video content and brand campaigns; ensuring traffic and growth targets are met
• Well versed in Social media platform i.e. Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
• Engage with users and followers, respond promptly and monitor users' reviews
• Prepare periodical reports on social media marketing efforts when required

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Media, Marketing Communications, or new Media Marketing or related field of study
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a social media environment. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of key tools including Meta Business, FaceBook Ad Managers, Google Analytics, Tabular
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Passionate in both music and youth culture in the region
