Role and Responsibilities

  • Servicer for a portfolio of clients
  • Handle daily general/employee benefits insurance requirements of a portfolio of clients.
  • Review the list of renewal business regularly to ensure clients renew their policies timely.
  • Provide basic corporate insurance advisory to clients on the latest market trends.
  • Prepare broking slips and other relevant documentation using MS Word and Excel
  • Work closely with our claims team to ensure the client's claims are handled and processed efficiently
  • Assist credit control department to follow up on the premium collections when required

  • At least Certificate of General Insurance
