Proficient in excel especially in formulas and automation . Have experience in written communication on Microsoft Outlook and . experience in replying high volume of emails on a daily basis . Have experience in customer service roles . Degree holderJob Scope: . Assist in applications approvals for IMDA Infocomm Media Club programme . Checking and verification of invoices estimated at 300 to 350 courses on an annual basis . Checking with teachers on correct documentation of supporting document . Assist in answering enquiries from teachers with regards to courses under at 300 to 350 courses on an annual basis . Assist in raising purchase orders for the training courses .
