Job Type- Contract: 11 months
Location: Pasir panjang road
Working hours: Mon - Thu(8:30 AM to 6:00 PM), Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(This is an outsourced role)
Our Client:
It is a statutory board of the Singapore government, under the Ministry of Communications and Information. It aims to build a competitive and sustainable infocomm media industry & is developing Singapore as a nucleus for media content, services and applications, while growing the seed of technological innovation and fostering collaboration between local and multinational corporations in the sectors.
Job Requirements:
- Have experience in similar work
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Payment of invoices/funding claims
- Filing of disbursement to claims system
- Do payment clearing
- AP reconciliation schedules
- Monthly closing and year end journals
- Adhoc duties: generation of reports, assisting in pulling out information for audit, involvement in user acceptance testing
