Provide functional support to achieve financial excellence in line with Corporate finance
strategies.
The varied scope for this position includes:
1. Analytical support relating to Net Working Capital Reduction and Cashflow Optimization
strategies.
2. Initiate, participate and support the implementation of Automation and Digitalization of
financial processes/projects in accordance with Global / APAC Regional Office and
Country initiatives and directives.
With possibility of involvement in interlocking Operational and cross-functional processes
with country Operations.
3. Support Spend Analysis for cost transparency to achieve Operational and Functional
productivity and efficiency.
4. Global and Country Reporting pertaining to Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls, Tax
Compliance and any other ad-hoc reporting where required.
5. Regulatory GST Reporting analytical support, monitoring and audit review for GST
compliance, in accordance with GST regulations and guidelines.
6. Perform regular Audit Reviews on Operational and Functional Units pertaining to
Operational accounting, internal controls systems and any other ad-hoc audit review
assignments from time to time.

1. Strong analytical aptitude and earnest drive for productivity/efficiency improvement and
sustainability initiatives.
2. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of Accounting System (e.g. SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Power
BI, Power Apps, Signavio, etc).
4. Knowledge and/or hands-on experience on SQL and Business Intelligence software will be
an added advantage.
5. Preferably equipped with basic knowledge of Singapore’s Tax (direct & indirect tax, transfer
pricing) and Accounting Regulations.
6. Prior exposure/experience on internal controls review/audit.
7. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any professional qualification recognized by ISCA and/or
other Tertiary Institutions.
8. Approximately 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
