Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Youth engager in centre, classroom and sports
- Coach and mentor youths in personal effectiveness
- Plan and keep track of budget
- Design, execute and evaluate youth programmes effectively
- Develop customized programmes to increase effectiveness in meeting the needs of youths
- Recruit and deploy volunteers effectively for programmes
- Co-ordinate operation matters with partners involve in programmes
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Requirements
- Degree holder preferably with 1 year of youth work experience
- Good communication, interaction and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, online games and applications
- Knowledgeable in youth landscape and frameworks
- Passion for working with youths
