Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and professional requests
Source and verify important case facts
Preserve and maintain case file records
Bring IT services to full capacity
Requirements
Be the Swiss army knife of our partner company\xe2\x80\x99s industry
Engage the work with a structure to organize the files with timely accuracy
Have the soft skills to connect with anyone and everyone
At least 1+ years experience in administration/executive capacity
Meticulous, multi-tasking, independent and team player
Minimum professional certification or diploma
